Refund and Returns Policy

At, We always try our level best to make your experience best with us & for the same reason we have a dedicated team of experts who check every single order before its shipment but still in 1% case if you get something wrong then we will do a full refund of your amount based on the conditions listed below:

  • You received an expired product
  • You received a damaged item
  • The ordered item is lost or damaged in transit.

Pre-paid items will be refunded depending upon the situation after processing the request. Please arrange to return the items with their original packaging as they were delivered to you when our executive delivers to you. Please understand that we cannot return opened original packaging, bottles or tins that were delivered to you. Products will be checked once returned to make sure that the original packaging is in place.

Note: If you see that the courier/delivery person is giving you the damaged item, then do not accept the delivery of that product because we do not guarantee any refund or replacement in case if you accept the damaged item.


Refund Policy

Full refund of your order can be made only in the below-mentioned situations-

  • You received an expired product;
  • You received a damaged item;
  • The ordered item is lost or damaged in transit.

No processing fees will be applicable in the above-mentioned cases.


1) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
2) Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is      officially posted.
3) Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
4) If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please mail us at or whatsapp us at +91 7428586067 with your details and reason for refund, Your request will be processed within 7 days of receiving an alert. Our team takes customer feedback very seriously and on priority. Thus, we aim to provide the best of services at convenient prices.

Note:  In Case You don’t want the product after being dispatched, There will be some deductions will making your refund. ie. Return charges will be deducted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the shipping costs and cash on delivery charges will be deducted from your refund.

Note- If it is found after processing that the packaging of the products is torn or broken or if it has been tempered with, no refunds will be accepted in these cases.


Return of Medical Devices reserves the right to solely decide upon the return or refunds of medical devices. Medical equipments such as glucometers, BP monitors, Nebulizer, etc only be returned, if a manufacturing defect is there. However, all these products come with a warranty, and any manufacturing defects will be solely handled by the manufacturer.

Note- If any device comes without warranty will not be exchanged/returned and is not applicable for refund.


Liquid items:-

We have a dedicated & an experienced team for the safe packing of liquid items & with that to ship those liquid items we have a tie-up with some of the big shipping companies who know how to handle such items very well but still 1% chance is there that your product may get damaged in transit, So in such a case, we accept no liability and no refund will be processed.
